yes, world sleep day is really a thing. it's part of sleep awareness week. {duh.}
and it's today!
{ahem, which is ironic since HF stumbled in very late last night and I barely slept at all}
there are few things i love more than sleeping babies & puppies, specifically of the french bulldog variety.
these pics of baby austin, sophie, hannah & penny, which went viral a couple of years ago, still make my heart explode. and if you don't die {figuratively} over these, go get your pulse checked.
